FAQ
We will discuss most everything about the state of your health + wellness. We’ll talk about your food story (a typical day of food, any sensitivities to food, cultural or social connections to food, food accessibility..). If there are recent labs available, we’ll cover what concerns you may have and deficiencies that can be addressed. We’ll talk about your digestion of course! But also about your sleep, energy levels, interpersonal relationships, stressors, physical movement, cooking, and what you love to eat!
After getting a clear picture on your food story and health concerns, you will be provided with a detailed food guide including shopping list, calendar view of meals by the week, and accompanying recipes with serving sizes. All in a super convenient PDF format. We know implementing the recommendations at home is often the hardest part so our nutritionist is here to make integration as simple as possible! We also have a wealth of knowledge on nutritious foods + wholefood snacks that can be had on-the-go for the busiest of the days.
These are the best part ! This is where we discuss successes and challenges with the nutrition plan as it stands. Follow-ups are our opportunities to refine, refine, refine. We want to make sure the plan in hand is sustainable. This is also the time we talk about nourishing lifestyle habits to complement using food + herbs as medicine.
