Dr. Caitlan Readhead is a naturopathic doctor, with a master in nutrition and master in integrative medical research. She specializes in chronic fatigue, immune dysfunction, brain optimization, and IV nutritional therapy.
Dr. Readhead’s post-doctorate residency and continuing education have been focused on long COVID syndrome, chronic infections, including chronic Epstein-Barr virus (EBV), mold toxicity, and autoimmunity. Additionally, she is passionate about treating chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) by helping clients to uncover potential causes and seek optimal health.
She is dedicated to integrating various modalities into her treatment plans, while catering to each client’s individual needs. Dr. Readhead is well versed in utilizing both standard lab testing and functional lab assessments to offer a comprehensive approach to medical care, while applying evidence-based medicine.
Dr. Readhead is certified in neurofeedback and IV nutritional therapy, including vitamin, iron, and NAD+ infusions. Her primary focus in neurofeedback therapy includes traumatic brain injury (TBI), mental health support, and headache management. She believes that being able to offer procedures that are adjunctive to standard medical care is helpful in encompassing an integrative approach and in yielding results that can otherwise be hard to obtain.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending time with her family and dog, rooting on the Portland Thorns, and being outdoors. As a long time, runner, she is also likely training for her next race, or enjoying one of the many exercise studios in her neighborhood.
