Caitlan Readhead, ND, earned her bachelors in exercise science at the University of North Carolina at Charlotte. With a strong interest in sports, nutrition, and integrative approach to overall health, she pursued her doctorate in naturopathic medicine.
After graduating from the National University of Natural Medicine with her doctorate degree in Naturopathic Medicine and masters in nutrition and integrative research, she completed a one-year residency in San Francisco, where she focused
on IV nutritional therapy, sports performance, chronic fatigue, nutrition, and brain optimization.
Her experience in neurofeedback, IV therapy, dietary counseling, and lab assessment, allows her to understand the importance of encompassing both holistic and conventional approaches to the prevention and treatment of conditions that may influence brain health. She also focuses on chronic infections, fatigue, anxiety, and anti-aging. She is currently a candidate for her BCIA (biofeedback) certification.
In her spare time, she enjoys reading, spending time with her family, including her Saint Bernard, rooting on the Portland Thorns, and being outdoors. As a long time runner, she is also likely training for her next race, or enjoying one of the many exercise studios in her neighborhood.
