Rachel Scheu, LMT is a Reiki Master in the Usui lineage, with a focus on trauma-informed, nervous system integration. These two modalities, Reiki and massage, come together with over a decade of yoga instruction to inform her of thorough and gentle treatments. Her modalities include Lomi Lomi, PNF, Deep Tissue, Myofascial Release, Trigger Point Therapy and Swedish Massage.

Before pursuing healing touch Rachel was a university art instructor, with a Master of Fine Arts. She’s taught at Montana State University, the American University of Beirut, and Portland State University. Through art, yoga, and healing, she seeks to empower the unique expression of each body, and each soul in front of her. She is passionate about the connections between science and spirit and loves to dynamically weave them together in each treatment.

Rachel lives in Portland, encircled by her big, loving family. She is very excited to have landed at FoRM Health!
